How do I cancel an order?

To cancel an order you must contact us ASAP to process the cancellation. Orders usually ship within 24 hours of being placed.

Please submit a support ticket within 24 hours to cancel your order. Otherwise, your order may already be shipped. Any orders placed on weekends will be processed or cancelled the following business day.

    I've been trying to cancel my order since yesterday night right after I have ordered it but I haven't gotten my money back on my card. No one it replying to me telling me that I will be getting it back. I don't want the products just my money. Thank you.

    I ordered products rose gold on 1/8/2017 to 1/22/2017 butI don't see my order come my home....now I don't want the products...I want cancel that...please..Thank you

    i have ordert my order about 2 weeks ago no one replay my email that my order is shipped, or any track nr... IM NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE... how should i take contact with them please

    dear all this is obviously a scam website. please do not place any more order and call your credit card company to reject any charge from this website. i placed my order and it's never shipped. i then receive an update that my order is not shipped and that I should place a new order. i asked how to get my credit refund but now there is no more reply. the excuse of no delivery is extremely weird (due to some internal fraud filtering!!??)
