What if my order is returned to sender?

For record keeping purposes, WE DO NOT REROUTE or RESHIP RETURNED ORDERS. All returns are processed per our return policy. To receive merchandise that has been returned to sender, please submit a support ticket for a new order to be created. 

Returns due to an error made by the customer, i.e. providing incorrect or incomplete address information or an unclaimed package will be subjected to a re-ship fee to cover used shipping supplies. Reship fees can be waived at our discretion.

Shipping cost utilized to ship an order initially is non-refundable with the following exception: Packages returned due to an error made by Farsali are entitled to a full refund.
